Default Popular JellyLock Jailbreak Tweak Re-released As JellyLock7 With iOS 7 Support

The popular JellyLock jailbreak tweak is back, only this time, with an iOS 7-style spin to it. JellyLock7 by iOS developer Max Katzmann is available in Cydia for free with support for iOS 7 and adds an Android Jellybean-like lock screen interface to your iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad.

You can see what the interface looks like above. It appears as just a circle at first, but when you tap and hold on it, you'll see a shortcut to your Camera application, a shortcut for unlocking your iOS device to its home screen, and shortcuts for up to five application icons (you can choose less than five if you want to).

After installing the tweak, you'll find a preferences pane in the Settings application where you can configure the tweak to your liking:

You'll find a kill-switch for enabling or disabling the tweak on demand, as well as a place to choose your application shortcuts. For an even more seamless experience, the tweak also lets you enable or disable Apple's stock Camera Grabber and disable Apple's stock Lock Screen unlock method so that you're forced to use JellyLock7. There's also a respring button so you can save any changes you make.

Under the appearance cell, which is pictured below, you'll find options for customizing how JellyLock7 looks:

You can hide or show application icon badges, enable or disable blurring the wallpaper background when operating JellyLock7, enable or disable landscape left mode on the iPad, choose a color for your circle, choose a size for your circle, and choose an opacity level.

JellyLock7 appears to run very smoothly, and for those looking for a really cool Lock Screen jailbreak tweak that offers not only the functionality of a cool new unlocking interface, but also a way to add application icon shortcuts to the Lock Screen, JellyLock7 is definitely the best option out there for free. If you want to give it a try, head over to Cydia right now and grab it it's absolutely free.

This JellyLock looks great and glad to hear it works well. Still miss Atom though!!

Atom was purchased and enjoyed by me greatly on iOS 6 but Atom never would work on my 5.1.1 3Gs device and did not work on my 5.1.1 iPhone 4, even though Atom was advertised to work on iOS 5.

My 3Gs is still rocking on 5.1.1 fully jailbroken and really fast and usable with quite a few apps and Cydia tweaks and mods. (iOS 6 sucked on the 3Gs)

My iPhone 4's and 5's are loving iOS 7 and have never been happier devices on any iOS.

May try out JellyLock and even donate, however Atom is in a class by itself and here is hoping that Atom gets fully updated for iOS 7!

Have been using this tweak since it released for iOS 6.
I gotta say... a very useful tweak... looks gorgeous and it's free! A must install.
A big thanks to the developer

Now, if only someone could fix the "greyed out wifi" issue for 4S devices... havent tried updating to 7.0.4... really want to try this for iOS 7

Interesting bunny, as I installed it today as well, and my battery is dead tonight. It usually lasts a lot longer, so I'm wondering if that's a battery drainer as well, as this was the only tweak I installed lately.
Winterboard was the only other juice-sucker I've had thus far on ios 7 JB.

Download is not working for me, it may be the network security we created. Is anyone else having issues?

When I use jellylock to open my mail all mail shows as no content. All other apps open fine. Anyone else having this problem with mail and jellylock?

Yeah I disabled all tweaks for 5 hours except this and it was down so much faster I normally get 5 hours screen time on about 75% brightness
