On Tuesday, Spotify, a highly popular music streaming application, has been updated, bringing the iOS version of the application up to 0.9.0.

With Tuesday’s update, the Spotify application for iOS has gained new touring details for bands that make it possible for users to keep track of band tours. In addition, Spotify is rolling out an improved search feature for the application that will deliver instantaneous search results, as well as the ability to search through playlists and user profiles.

Spotify has also implemented a number of bug fixes to make the application more stable and reliable for its users, and has also added support for the Japanese, Russian, and Indonesian languages.

Existing users of the Spotify application will find the update under the Updates tab in the App Store application. Alternatively, you can download the latest version of Spotify for iOS for free from this App Store link. Notably, Spotify's premium service will cost the user a monthly charge regardless of the application being free in the App Store, but subscribing to Spotify premium is optional.
