It's usually Eclipse or Nightmode tweaks in Cydia.

You need iFile, Icon Tool. Both can be downloaded from cydia.

Go to Settings-> Icon Tool. Set the action "swipe up" and File system browser to iFile.

To find out the icon name and bundle id of the app you want to theme:

Go back to the homescreen to where your app is, swipe up on it and a menu will pop up, At the top is the bundle id. Memorise it or copy it down somewhere, then select the first option (open in iFile App). You'll be taken directly to the app's folder.

Type "icon" without the quotes into the box called "search filenames". A list of icon names should appear. The names are usually like these:

    [email protected]
    [email protected]

[email protected] and [email protected] are the common names for your app icon which is 120x120 in size. [email protected]=120, [email protected]=120. It can be different, like Twitter which uses [email protected].

Search for info.plist, open the file in Property List Viewer. Look for the line CFBundleIdentifier. Select it. You can copy the bundle id from here instead of having to memorise it or physically copy it down somewhere like I mentioned earlier.

Create a folder in /Library/Themes called Zoobhoy Custom Themes. Create a Bundles folder in it, then create a folder in your Bundles folder using the name of the bundle id. Copy the custom icon you want themed in here and rename it to the correct icon name (eg [email protected])

I'd love to have this theme on my Note 4. Have you thought about converting it for Android?
