    In the Style css file for your phone type: make the value less, i.e 0.4 or 0.3.

    #clockglass {
    position: absolute;
    background: url('../Images/Clock/clockglass.png') center no-repeat;
    background-size: 100% 100%;
    width: 100%;
    height: 100%;
    top: 0px;
    left: 0px;
    opacity: 0.6;
    z-index: 60;
    }

    You cannot just remove/delete the touch.js file, won't work like that, a variable like "var enableTouch" in the Config.js file would be needed and then that variable added to all touch event code, not easy unless you know what your doing.
    ----------
    In the main.js file search for "radius" set the arc text to "radius: 180" (in 4 places), and in the touch.js (in 5 places), that will make it straight.

    If you "really" want it gone then in the main,js file search for "arc"
    Every line of code you find regarding the arc text (including the radius lines), comment them out with // at the start of each line. ( there is 6 lines of code in the main.js file need commenting out)
    Then do the same in the touch.js file (there is 7 lines of code in the touch.js file need commenting out).
    Then delete the link in the html files:
    <script type="text/javascript" charset="utf-8" src="JavaScript/jquery.arctext.js"></script>
    Then you can delete the jquery.arctext.js file from the javascript folder.
    oh ****. This one DOES help me. one thank just isnot enough.
    Thank Ian

    I have asked Dacal about adding a disable all touch functions in RC9 for use in SBHTML, seeing as they are useless when using it there.

    So I have started on the "6Plus_Only" version today, I try to keep as many options as possible for you but we have to face reality here, so the birds & live forecast are gone, as is the option for extra days.

    I also made hourly forecast only 6hrs instead of 12 so I could remove the extra touch event sliding to next 6hrs.
    So now only 2 touch events, top of clock for moon info, bottom of clock for 6hr hourly forecast.
    I also completely removed the arctext incase it had issues with 6Plus.
    I can't remember all the other little things I have done.

    I'm a little stuck with completely removing all the auto scaling stuff that Dacal added so hopefully he will help me out with that part.

    When that is done, I then have to redo ALL images to the 6Plus size so we can set css as normal like UniAW6.4 (which seems more stable on 6Plus).

    I hope when it's all done it runs a bit better for you guys on 6Plus with a lot less reSprings.
    In all honesty I think Apple should have recalled all of them as they have really screwed up with this model.

    Cannot give you a release date yet, a lot of images to redo! Just wanted you to know that it's being worked on.

    If it does work better, then I will remove the 6Plus code from the "normal" version, so it will be only for iph4 to iph6.

    Hey Ian. Is it possible to keep the birds and just disable it. I really love the birds. Thanks for your hard work.

    Sorry, they are gone already & all the code, it's pointless to push the 6Plus & we know already the animated gif's are an issue.
    The wiper will also be gone along with smear effect etc as we know rain condition is a big issue.
    Remember I'm trying to get a respring free version for you guys, I not just going to switch off stuff in the Config file, I think/hope you guys have probably tried all that already.

    speaking of resprings being down to memory of the ip6+ - back in the good old days there was a tweak floating around which changed virtual memory size - wonder if something like that would help?

    Hi Ian. Will most of the features (wiper, smear, etc.). Be staying on the i6 version? Also, I updated to the latest version of RC9 from post 1. After installing and re-installing a few times I cannot get the far right day on forecast to come up. Is that a problem or just something on my end? TIA. Also, love the resprings app. Great job!

    Dacal, I just looked through the config.js twice of rc9's newest update and can't find the var you added to suppress touch functions when on SB.. Where would that be? Or is it automatic?

    Yes you just keep using RC9, the new version will be i6Plus only.
    For the last forecast day, not sure but maybe problem with your xml file.

    It's automatic: StartTouch will fire if not using Wallpaper.html, if the widget uses Wallpaper.html then StartTouch will not be called.
    else if (location.pathname.indexOf("Wallpaper") == -1) { StartTouch(); }
