Sorry about the delay on the theming template and guide. I've been writing some scripts whilst out in the mac, but the majority are on my desktop. I also added a splash screen template and script at the last minute. I'm currently in the process of compiling everything, whilst being careful I don't delete any important actions during the testing.
I've got to delete my scripts in order to load the finals, so that I can be sure any troubleshooting is done with the same tools you have.

Regarding the WB issue... I see nothing we can really do about it. WB has to hook into the app and find the icon through a rather generic process, (I gather). I've done so many watermark tests on icons and it's "hit n miss" at times. Sometimes non-retina icons will be displayed when WB hooks into the app, so two icons are needed at the correct. Sometimes more elaborate testing is needed (activator lol)....

    Cheers.

I do not think you should apologize ... I'm the one who is learning, and these lessons are free, so from my point of view .... I just have to wait with patience and thank you for your work

Default 3 4 All [Glyph Icon Sets] Theming Templates
3 4 All Glyph Theming Templates
PSD guide is available below. If you have any questions on the use of the PSDs, please feel free to ask here. Please be patient, as this is not just a theme, it's a base template with scripts to output THEMES. This will all be shared in due time, but there are kinks to iron out before it's as user friendly as possible. Below is a preview of the Splash Screens, as produced from the 120px icon Please contact myself before re-distribution of any of the artwork, or tools available in this theme. I've worked very hard to bring this to the public, so most of all, I hope you enjoy and learn. Thank you to Dmick and Alfroggy for their feedback and support in this project. More details in the PDF. Thank you.

It took a few hours to automate a final splash screen I was happy with. It's a slightly different shadow adapted to the larger canvas. Thank you.

Looks like ios8 jb by Pangu is here. Only for devs at the time being until Cydia is ready. Wow. That was fast.

Sounds like Saurik has a few long days ahead of him. Been following the trails. I just got the "@3" iOS8 .json files from Jato, so I'm gonna get the icon cache files compiled.

Just a reminder to that we have no testers for this, so if you're willing to provide feedback and have a 6+ device when the JB is released, then I'll have an Alpha build ready. I'm not interested in people that just want a 0 day theme.... you need to be willing to provide feedback, as I can theme blind (and have so before), but I really need screens to sort some issues. Thank you.

I just placed an order for the 6+ yesterday, but it doesn't ship for 4-5 weeks.

Decided I'll use my 5s to learn how to do some hardware repairs. Always been too reluctant to do so myself.

I need to get a bunch of the @3x files together, but I won't get started on that until tomorrow. I probably won't update to ios8 until I get the new phone. I need to get the charger port fixed in this 5s and limit the amount in which it's connected to the lightning cable.
Thanks a lot to Sk37cH, DjeTouch, Alfroggy, Maxone, Jusephe and Meth. My phone would be boring without them.

Is there anything I can do beyond making some splash screens? I did several the other night. Just need to bundle them up. You do so much for everyone else. Just let me know.

I made a solid start. I'll be separating the loading screens for testing. If I can bring the file size down a bit without compromising user customisation or quality, then I'll release as one package. The script should also be fine for iPad retina and "@3x" images, when the time comes. It's just that one action step of the canvas resize (as described in the guide). The image gets doubled in size before any of the canvas work gets done, so it's a useful size for all devices IMO.

All will be uploaded to eMe for beta testing when I have net. I'm not sure when that'll be, but not for at least another week. So rest assured I've still got things in motion although I'm restricted to what I can download and share. Thank you.d

Yes. Multiply blend mode with nothing underneath (clear pixels) will result in that look. I suggest you look at the guide for ways to modify the script to do that. It's just a guide as to what I can achieve and you can achieve the same results under the same circumstances, but mod anything, and you'll likely need to change some steps in the action. Or write use the first half and then modify the second half of the styles in the action. I'm off to bed. But to simplify things, multiply blend mode is the issue, along with the complex styling of the shadow.

Edit: I can write one tomorrow if you need, but dmick has something he's been working on. That's a bit further into the learning curve. I haven't helped him at all with the long shadow weather set, and not seen screen, but I'm really stoked that my tools and helped and pushed him to that level of modifying other things. I run scripts on my weather icons, so the layers are consistent but different, so he's done really well to pick up on that, and try some mods himself.

    Here's what I get:

I just tried. I think it's the same thing Luke had to correct me on. Make sure the path selection tool is selected before running the script.

@Sketch, your scripts are so easy to follow. Everything labeled right and it's fantastic because I can see exactly what you've done and maybe only a little of it will come in handy now, but perhaps down the road much more of it will. It's been awesome. Mostly, it's just been awesome that it works. Minus a couple things you've had to correct me on, the stuff you share just works. I mean that in the sincerest way. I love to cook and I have a bunch of a recipes. If someone tells me, "the recipe worked" I know I did my job. There are so many recipes that simply don't work for one reason or another. And there are potentially many reasons why something wouldn't work, but when it all works, it's a beautiful thing.

Also, I'll go ahead and do those icons so you don't need to, Luke. I've got some free time this afternoon at the office and can take care of it. Meth has let me know the hex so it will be the same green he's used and not the one I shared.
