    Wow....just wow! A few hours before my net expired, I gave Marty a concept and the images he needed to start on the "4 You [McFly Overlay] iWidget v2". In my eyes it pushes into yet another territory. He's brought all the functionality from the first draft to my phone, which was asking a bit

    Now the balls in my court, so you can be assured a refined, and well tested widget with plenty of options...by the time I get near net to upload screens

    It'll be worth the wait....trust me

    Thank you Marty. Once again a pleasure. Much appreciated.

    I wanted to do a BMX stem metaphor for Touch Grind BMX icon. Alfroggy had first inspired this thought process through his Jaku "Sunday Stem" icon, and this is a rebound of that in a way, so credit to him for the motivation.

    Top down view of an Odyssey Preload Bolt, with the base of the icon being the stem. I'll do some colour variations and include in the next update. Thank you.

    Is there a Mailbox icon available? I put one together for my SB, but my PS skills are terrible. TIA

    Thank you for the screen. Nice setup. Cheers

    Here's a preview of something Marty has made for us. I'd say it'll be ready in a day or 2. This is really quite amazing, as you can change the colour of the frame via a Hex code, and still have crisp shadows without the colour overlay applied to them. Marty is a great bloke for putting up with these ideas, and constant fine tuning of the images lol. Pictured below are the 3 frames. The bottom has a blue tint applied to the glass frame, and the top 2 are using a neutral grey tone. Thank you.

    Wow ! Looks amazing !

    Nice batch of new icons I can spot there too : Viber, BiteSMS, that knob icon, and the BMX (Odyssey) plus AppStore icons you've been posting the WIP of. I love them. Love that whole showcase image. I miss your theme.

    Cheers Alex. The knob is for Radsone, and is based on the classic icon, with the green from within the app sliders. I left it simple, so it'd make a good settings alt for anyone not running the app. I prefer Vale's BiteSMS icon, so this was just an interim to fill the gap whilst I make something a little different. Thank you

    That's just the tip of the iceberg It can pretty much look however you want it to I'll be doing more frames after release, but those 3 there will offer (conservatively) 100's of options when your custom hex colour is set through options. There's room there for a lot of different effects, and the tinted glass goes to show just one of the more complex shading options. Cheers mate.

    @dbtennis7: As per request. Some alternate phone icons modified from the new Viber. If anyone is in favor of adding one of these as default (I was thinking cream), please express your interest here, and I can change the icon in the next update. The current phone can be added as an Alt. Enjoy. Thank you

    EDIT: Images added to the Main, and Thread Icons packages.

    Default 4 You [McFly Overlay] iWidget v2
    ::: 4 You [McFly Overlay] iWidget v2 :::

    iOS masks....If you can't beat 'em, join 'em

    The MO behind this concept was to create something alternative that hopefully suits themes with unique colour schemes, whilst blending with the existing concepts of the iOS7 UI. Version 2 brings new depth via shadows applied to the frame. These lighting effects have been meticulously dissected into a separate layer. This means your colour overlay won't make your shadows look like glows, and will only effect the lighting such as gradients inside the frame.

    I looked around and found a fairly basic JSFiddle implementation, essentially showing what I'd imagined. We use webkits in many cases, including springboard items through property lists. So I put the idea to Marty McFly, and he came through with the goods. After v1, there were requests for a city name, so instead of just bringing the same idea, I decided to try and incorporate lighting features to the iWidget. Cheers Marty, for once again putting up with my insane ideas, and taking this on-board as another personal challenge. It's been great fun and I've learnt a lot as usual. Thank you, and enjoy

    :: Options ::
    -Background colour option.
    -Weather Icon colour option.
    -Font colour option.
    -2 custom made weather sets.
    -3 frames to choose from, with more to come.
    -10 language's with support for shortened days.
    -City, and neighborhood.

    :: FAQ / More Info ::
    -Uses WidgetWeather, and the update interval set within WW settings.
    -Text colour can be changed via a hex code or basic colour names. See color-hex dotcom, for Colour Names, and Popular Colour Palettes.
    -When entering hex codes, just enter the hex code without the "#". Please use "ffffff" and not "FFFFFF", for white, as the code seems to be case sensitive.
    -Frame and Icon colours MUST be entered in hex value ONLY. The colour names don't work for these 2 options.
    -Feel free to request particular frames, and I'll accommodate where possible.
    -See THIS post for version 1 of this widget, and some more colour combo's in use.

    Credits and Notes:
    If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. Please contact myself before re-distribution of any of the artwork contained within the package. Common courtesy for the many hours I've put into the creation of the weather set, will often get you the PSDs Credit goes to Marty Mcfly for the coding. Thank you to Alfroggy, Marty, and Vic for the feedback and support.

    It's in the AR7 app, on the AppStore. Well worth a look if you've not got it. Free, and full of nice walls for iP4/5 and parallax. Thank you.
