Are you getting an error when you're adding repos?

    Seeing packages missing from search?

Gimme a little more to work with ; )

Quick search and found this from Saurik

Apparently it's a known cydia limitation that has been peeking its head out with evasi0n

"Right; it downloads all of the package listings locally, and then APT consolidates them into a single efficient data structure that can be used even on memory-constrained devices to access the massive wad of packages later. This data structure is only able to store 65k package name entries. There are fixes for this in recent years, but it will require some work to figure out how to safely deploy them (as APT is sadly designed in a way where you can't just quite swap out the library: you have to swap out the apps using the library at the same time; this is why there is that massive mess of APT 0.6/0.7 packages, from the last time I upgraded to the latest version of this cache format)."

It's package count, not repos. So remove what you really aren't using and you should be ok

That's why I wanted to see the screen cap lol. I've never seen a repo limit error. Just the APT limit.

These are awesome! Do you happen to have any idea what page the normal wooden dock for Winterboard is? I found the dark dock Schnedi posted, but I cannot find the normal wood dock. Thanks for any help. I've been looking for two days now.

You doing backups or full restore?

Still sounds to me like your apt list/cache is being duped or stored somewhere.

Have you done full restore or from backup?

Go to sources.list.d to see for sure what repos are listed. Similarly, you can open cydia.list, located in the same directory, to check if there are any duplicate legacy repos listed. WagGum has given you great advice...
