I need a better method of having the invert images being done..
When the theme caches doesn't work well

    You miss understood me.
    Referring to my automatic method...
Apparently DreamBoard is caching something every time... So it I'll invert every time...
So I need another way to trigger it

hmmm well its not rly a big deal, ive put this on hold for a bit and started to work on somethin else for dreamboard anyway

The screenshots look cool and all, but is it possible that you can integrate the Segoe UI font that is used by 7?
I believe you need to place the font in /System/Library/Fonts/Custom (creating the last folder if it doesn't exist), then edit CGFontCache_H_.plist in the Fonts folder to load the font into the cache and respring. But you need to edit the font to be usable on iOS, or you might get a respring loop.
When you package everything up for Cydia, you'll want to make postinst and prerm files to insert and remove the font from the cache plist respectively. They are both bash scripts. And add this to the end of them so they tell Cydia to respring:

    Code:
    declare -a cydia
    cydia=($CYDIA)
    if [[ ${[email protected]} ]]; then
        eval "echo 'finish:reload' >&${cydia[0]}"
    else
echo "Please respring or reboot your device."
    fi
    Thanks!

wow thats rly interesting, where did u learn that about the cydia script??

I learnt about it because I was looking at the WinterBoard source code a few weeks ago and noticed those files. Looking inside them, I could tell that they were bash scripts that tell Cydia what needs to be done next. (Side note: The scripts still run when using dpkg or apt-get at the command line, but they won't tell the user to respring.)
Something I didn't mention above is that you can also use Unix commands like echo, cat, etc. and their output will appear in the log in Cydia. You can also make it reboot instead of respring by using finish:restart instead of finish:reload.

Cydia packages allow post install scripts...
Actually it's the DEBIAN package that allows the script...

  15. #155
    same things

i already knew about the echo bit but thanks for the info on the respring didnt know that

also about the font its probably best just to use bytafont to manage that kinda stuff

So when will next update b? It's been a while?

  17. #157
Sorry i have been pretty busy with school and friends

Hey man do you plan on adding your theme to The Theme Outlet store? It's sort of the replacement of the dreamstore which no longer works. I am really looking forward to this theme
