The widget looks and works great - except that I find the icons do not match the weather nor time of day. It's midnight where I am, and the weather is cloudy, but the icon shows a bit of clouds and bright sun. It's not usually sunny at midnight here. Is the widget not picking up the proper time of day? Is there some adjustment that can be made?

    I manually installed the wallpaper.

Edit...now it's doubled my wallpaper size...I resized the wallpaper to 320x480...weird
I forgot they are iPhone 3 versions
I'll put in the iPhone 4 versions asap.
Problem is I found a way for to change wallpapers through Settings/Photos.
This doesn't work for the iP4 because of the images being larger.
I could make it just iPhone 4 versions, they work on the iPhone 3 too, and would make life easier for me.
But setting the wallpaper through Settings/Photos and not having to replace the one in the theme folder is the way I like it best.

This can be corrected in the Info.plist inside the theme folder.
If you've changed your system font, like I did, the text can be out of place too.

I finished and uploaded the Picture Weather & Clock widget.

There are three icon sets available, Nine style, CLASS style and no style

Before putting this widget on your iPhone, unzip the HTML file that belongs to it.
iPhone 3 users can (when using HTML_for_iP3)change the wallpaper through Setting/Photos, respring after applying another wallapaper.
iPhone 4 users have to use HTML_for_iP4 and can change the Wallpaper.png inside the theme folder.
iPhone 3 users can use HTML_for_iP4 in the same way if they want.

Weather location is set in Widget.html

I've added a download link to my little collection here Get your iOS4 Weather and Calendar Widget (iPhone3 & iPhone4) here

I don't know, maybe there's something wrong with image corresponding to the weather description.
I'll have to look into that.
Do you get a weather description? If so, what does it say?

Nope, I get a blue question mark where the image should be, under the image i get the time and date and all that, which works fine.

I can't get anything to show, I have unzipped the HTML_ip4 and edited the widget but it doesn't show on the homescreen.

    I have no clue.
I can only reproduce the problem when not connected to the internet.

It's like the widget is hidden behind the wallpaper.

Weird,I got 1 conformation it's working on an iPhone 4.
It should, the only difference between the html files inside is the location of the wallpaper.
I can't utilize the user wallpaper on an iPhone 4.
On an iPhone 3 both html files work.

Do I need to have the wallpaper as @2x.png?

  18. #157
I also made new versions of the clock-only widgets.
Same story here it has 2 html files iP3 and iP4.
Can any body confirm they are working on an iPhone 4?
    They should work out-of-the-box.

    Clock&Calendar Only (2).zip

No, it should stay Wallpaper.png as far as I know.
