Default Subtle Black Background Mac OS X
Tribute to Armadillo, for the original, (using the mac os icons on the original iphone doc).

i believe the original concept was created by poetic folly and armadillo
    This is my version. Enjoy

I'm desperately trying to get rid of the txt under all my icons. if someone knows how to do it, please let me know. I unchecked it in iphone skinner, but it continues to give me txt all over.

This theme actually has txt, but my pic doesn't show the txt.

You need to edit the LocalizedApplicationNames.strings file found under /System/Library/CoreServices/ Theres a stock one in the downloads section thats in text not binary, so if your on a pc you can edit it too.You need to add any extra applications names to the list if you have them. If you want them blank you have to delete the name under its target...example

delete "phone" so it looks like
