    Default iPad + iPhone 2G + iTether

I have a big problem with iTether.
Everytime i want to connect to my iPhone 2G i get the error message "No PAN/BNEP(NAP) service found on remote device"
I restarted my iPhone 2G serveral times but i always get this message.
What can i do to solve this problem?

Ok, well, I don't have any direct experience using itether with an iPhone 2G, but let's take this step-by-step.

1 - Do you have a tethering plan on your phone? If you don't have tethering enabled on your iPhone, then iTether will not work on the iPad. There are a variety of tether hacks out there. TetherMe was designed to work with iTether, but it (TetherMe) does not work on the iPhone 2G (aka 1st Gen).

2 - Assuming you have tethering in some fashion, did you make sure that your Bluetooth is turned on? Sounds silly, but it's worth checking.

3 - Did you turn "Internet Tethering" to "On" under Settings -> General -> Network?

These sounds like silly steps, but people sometimes forget to check.

    Good luck.

Isn't this because the first gen iPhone does not support that? I thought I read that in the description for iTether.
And it will be like a taco inside a taco within a Taco Bell that's inside a KFC that's within a mall that's inside your dream!
