    Default Installer msissing after running out of disk space fix?
    I'm on iphone 1.1.4 unlocked with ziphone everything is cool with it until i just tryed installing running out of disk space fix. it failed and then i exited installer let it respring and installer wouldn't open so i restarted the phone and the installer icon is missing i open poof and installer is in it with a ? as the icon, any help please?

    Restore.
    And install Cydia. That does the job as BossTool or what ever you used to free disk space. It moves the Applications folder to the /var folder of your iPhone, thus feeing space in the main partition. Installing cydia is the safest method of this. Just search the forum to find the source.

    thanks for the reply but is there any way to fix it without having to lose all of my stuff? as restoring starts from fresh doesn't it?

    Not really. This is the easiest way. You can do it another way but that takes ages, and you would have to move files back to the original location and change permissions and so fourth. So it best just to back everything up and start again. All you have to back up is photos, notes, sms, and maybe your sources. Just sync your calendar and contacts with and what have you with iTunes. But when it asks if you want to restore your back up make sure you "Start a New iPhone." There are problems otherwise.

    I've fixed it now just jailbroke it in ziphone and it added installer again

    Dude, I helped and not even a thanks...
    My way is still better. Now you have half you apps soft linked to that folder because you didn't restore your going to have problems down the track...
