    Default iPhone 5C Evasi0n questions
I've had a few issues with my phone so I restored and then jb-ed it again.

When I did the jb, it seemed a little different - like it got stuck. After the phone restarted, I hit the icon on the phone, it did it's thing but did not finish so I hit it again.

Phone seems OK - I think.

My question is that when I look in iFile I see two 2 files at the very bottom for evasi0n.

evasi0n7 and it is 544.8 KB and it says regular file

    right underneath it,
    evasi0n7-installed
    0 Bytes

Is that how it is supposed to be?

Yep, that file exists to probably serve as a quick way to check if evasi0n has already been run on the device (so you don't re-run the jailbreak over what you've already got and break something).
