4.10.01 is not unlockable to any SIM. Unless it's factory unlocked, it only works with an authorized carrier.
Many are using the Gavey ultra for any SIM use.

Try resetting network settings. Settings / General / Reset / Reset Network Settings.
Give it a few minutes (some have reported 30 min - usually it happens withing 1 or 2), Power cycle a couple times.

During the custom firmware build ... did you select 'activate'. With factory unlocked phone: NO.

When you ran Sn0wbreeze or Pwnagetool, did you select 'activate'?
Sn0wbreeze puts the custom firmware on the desktop.

  6. #26
    i used Pwnage

    1 picked expert mode
2 browse for ispw witch i downloaded 4.3.3
3 then just hit Build had a choose General Custom packages Cydia packages

    then restore no errors ??

    what do u think

oh when i look in general activate the phone is checked

Yes you can And restore with all the steps like before. Keep you SIM installed and the iPhone connected.
After the restore, the phone should be activated (if it's factory unlocked) and this time any SIM should work

ok so the only thing i will change is in General uncheck activate right ?

If you have the official sim, then yes, uncheck it.

iYeow ... I don't believe factory unlocked phones have an official SIM. (Never bought one )

From personal experience, it's hard to keep up sometimes.

No. Not eligible means you didn't have Tiny Umbrella + TSS server running.
Go back to the 'original' steps and rerun it again.

Run Tiny umbrella again, if you have saved 4.3.3 shsh blob, you should see your device name on the left pane. Highlight it and under general tab, you should see 4.3.3 blob. In Advanced tab, check mark : set hosts file to cydia.
Start Tss Server , run itunes and restore to cfw of 4.3.3 again.
