A full jailbreak does not exist for iOS 4.3.5. It's tethered .
If you have 4.3.3 SHSH blobs, you can downgrade and enjoy a full jailbreak.
Warning: 4.3.3 SHSH blobs are 'required' to downgrade/restore.

Since we have the tethered 4.3.5 JB does that usually mean the rest is on the way?

'On the way' means different things for different people.

Sure, it's being worked on. The jailbreaking team what it too
But Apple doesn't make it easy. No one really knows when (or possibly if) it will come.

And it's likely not gonna happen for 4.3.5. Just not worth it. Best bet is a nice full stable jb on iOS 5 (exciting )

A tethered jailbreak is just fine. After the initial jailbreak, installation of Mobile Substrate, and Winterboard... you should never have to turn off your phone ever again. I have an untethered JB and it's been months since I've rebooted.

for some people like myself, it's not doable. My phone reboots every other day, I like to download stuff from Cydia often

I always reboot, clears RAM. I need to clear RAM. I have bad Objective-C memory management skills... Can't wait until iOS5 and ARC
