I have another question I would like to jailbreak the Iphone as it was jailbroken when I bought it and now its not or it does not seem to be as Cydia is not installed. How do I get Cydia on to the phone. I tried JailbreakMe 3.0 but I just got "Not supported on your device"

Restoring with a custom firmware (like you did with Sn0wbreeze) jailbreaks and installs Cydia by default. It should be there now.

Jailbreakme works for 4.3.3 (not 4.1)

Could it be possible that my phone has become locked again as the person I bought it from unlocked it for me. have just put in the sim card and it looked for and accepted the pin. The phone is showing no service at the moment. Where I live the phone signal can be bad at times but another phone is showing 2 bars so I am worried that it may be locked again.

Good. Did you install Ultrasn0w (via Cydia) for the unlock?

  12. #71
No I didn't. Do I just do it now by downloading and installing Ultrasn0w

^Yes. Cydia may be a little slow loading (maybe a lot slow), but allow it to run.

Some have reported 1+ hours on a 3G. Ugggg.

Without saved SHSH blobs for iOS 4.3, no. You can thank Apple for this restriction.
Blobs are device + iOS version unique. No sharing allowed.

But i do have the SHSHs saved for 4.3.5. I saved them with TU before i restored.

4.3.5 is the current version. It is not fully jailbreakable.
I don't think you really want that. A computer is required every time the iPhone is rebooted.

Sorry my mistake its 4.1 I meant not 4.3.5 and I just discovered its 4.1 that I have now anyway, thanks again.
