Default Jailbreaking 3GS on 3.1.3 with unlockable baseband
    Hey guys,

Question, my friend has a 3GS that is on 3.1.3 and has a baseband that is unlockable. My question is, what is the best method to update it and jailbreak it (untethered). It has never been jailbroken before therefore no SHSH on file.

    Kind regards

Highest you can go and keep a untethered jailbreak and unlock is 4.1 (without having previously saved SHSH anyway) since Apple is still signing 4.1. Make a custom 4.1 firmware with pwnage tool or snowbreeze and option/shift restore to that in itunes.

That's what I thought. Thanks a lot for the confirmation
