The only way to unlock your phone on 4.3.3 firmware is with a Gevey sim adapter, (like a turbo sim), you may want to just stay where your at for now.
This pdf file may help you.

Lol heyyy using my outdated jailbreak table? Think I need to update it some time :/ Anyway, I hear the Gevey does not work on anything but the iPhone 4. I haven't heard anybody try it anyway regardless.

To the OP, if you want to update and keep your unlock you'll want to use Sn0wbreeze to create a custom firmware for 4.3.3. That will preserve the baseband and let you still be able to unlock. However there's nothing really special about 4.3.3 IMO.

Just realized it was a bit out dated, and I agree, please update, such a useful tool.

I'm with you on that, 4.3.3 isn't much much different
