    Default Unjailbreaking question
I am looking to unjailbreak my iPhone so I may go into Settings -- Reset and just delete all my info, then JailbreakMe 3.0 and unlock the iPhone this way to sell it and have everyone work nice and simply.

The question is can I simply unjailbreak my iPhone? Or am I able to just do a settings reset with a jailbroken iPhone?

It was unlocked using JailbreakMe 3.0 from the iPhone, it is iPhone 3G 3.1.3 / 5.12.01

    THANKS!!

I'm not entirely sure. But since it's just a reset I don't think it actually removes the jailbreak. While it will take away Cydia and whatnot, I believe the actual "break" in the code is still there. To completely un-jailbreak your phone you need a factory restore through iTunes.

dont do it through settings as itll put you in an infinite boot loop.

    place device in dfu mode
hold shift/alt key and click restore from itunes
locate the ios 3.1.3 ios (you may need to download it)
itll kick out with error 1015
    download tiny umbrella (google it)
    then open tiny umbrella
click on device in the left
then click kick device out of recovery on the right.
