Unhappy Possible to recover old jailbroken apps?
I am using an iPhone 4 on Windows 7 64 Bit. I've upgraded from 4.2.1 to 4.3.3 but didn't think to back up my jailbroken apps and now they're gone. I have found an app called aptbackup (or something along those lines) so I will use that from now on, however I'd really love to get my old apps back. Is there a way to recover them? I have a series of files on my PC from a previous install of Windows that I copied out of my iTunes folder. There are three dmg files, and several plist files including one named recover.plist. Would my apps be contained in these files? If not is there any other way to get them back or have I lost them?

If you didn't back them up before with a back up app from Cydia, you can't get them back. So you're stuck with what z3r01 said.

K.. I've already reinstalled most of my apps now. I'll definitely be backing them up in future. Thanks guys.
