Unhappy iPhone 3G stuck on iH8sn0w's boot logo after JB, help plz!
Ok, so I have an iPhone 3G that use to run on 4.0.1, JB with jailbreakme.com, nd since iH8sn0w's 4.1 JB came out i decided to give it a try, so i made the custom ipsw, and used iReb to bypass the errors on iTunes. After tha restoring was over iTunes told me to wait for the iPhone to restart, so the iH8sn0w boot logo came up and I waited, and i've been waiting for a day now, and I don't know what to do. I let the battery die already and it will just go back to the boot screen, I tried to restore it again but it goes back to the same screen. Can anyone help please?

Thank you iYeow, that worked. I wonder why the ipsw I built with sn0wbreeze didn't work? I noticed both Cab. and I are using win7. I wonder if that messed with snowbreeze?

I will keep trying to build a working ipsw as I would like no custom boot logo and battery percentage. Is there a better way to build the ipsw?

P.S. I notice we are close. I am in Surrey.

    Thanks again iYeow

You are welcome, you can create one yourself using Vmware, which i am using and with Pwnage 4.1.2.

Yeah I gots this same problem.

Have been running the sn0wbreeze JB since it came out, has worked absolutely fine.

Was doing a regular sync this morning, and iPhone hung up during that - froze and sat there during the app update stage as it was loading some inconsequential app update (Amsterdam metro app or something).

I rebooted it and now it just puts up the bitten-snowflake-apple and no more. Haven't done DFU mode yet but probably try that next.

Too bad, the sn0wbreeze JB was the best so far for me - had worked flawlessly and in general 4.1 with preserved BB unlock was running smooth and fast - way better than the JBM.com and redsn0w JB's I had run prior...
