You need a factory reset by either removing the battery or let it drain out completely so that recovery mode will appear again.

The quickest way is to remove the battery.

You need to restore to a stock firmware as pwned dfu may not work.

LMAO.. initially, you were stucked at permanent dfu , now you are in recovery mode and wants to trigger pwned dfu mode.
You cannot trigger into pwned dfu mode until you have restored to a stock firmware. However, you can trigger a normal dfu mode but this normal dfu mode doesn't do you any good if you are trying to restore to custom firmware.
If you have ipad bb already installed on your iphone, then a normal dfu and restore to stock 4.1 will make your iphone comply to the requirement so you can do a pwned dfu after 4.1 restore.

    Sorry, wasn't able to connect.

But there is no need to restore to 4.1 to do all that. First I would say to restore to stock firmware to have everything alright. Then I would try what I told you again, it should work perfectly if you edited the file correctly. I did it hundreds of times and everything went as it should be. Just restoring to the edited fw, then you'd enter the dfu loop, and now you'd use for example redsn0w to enter pwned dfu. Then just restore to the custom fw and everything solved. Or better try with pwnage tool to make the custom fw to have the untethered jb directly.
Well actually it depends if you had ipad bb installed, if thats the case, do what iYeow said.

Just got to say I'm happy I just achieved to make Siri work on my iPhone 3GS haha

Hmm, yes i have installed ipad bb, so i have to restore to 4.1 and then i have to restore the editet fw or what ?

P.S I have successfully entered an private proxy server on my iPhone 4 too, Siri it's working like a magic...
