    Default Jailbreaked iphone 3gs restore error
    Hello, I want to restore my jailbroked iPhone 3GS new bootrom, and I have an error on it if I click more information it go to Update and restore alert messages on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch


    Anyone can help me ? Thank you

    Do you have shsh files stored with Cydia or stored locally, you need that to do the restore.

    Yes when I go on cydia it say I have SHSH saved or something like that, how I can restore my iPhone ?

    You have to point your hosts file to Cydia first by adding this line :
    74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com
    save it, reboot your pc and put your iphone into Recovery mode and do the Shitt + Restore to the .ipsw on your pc.

    Edit : I assume that you are restoring back to the same firmware.
