Default iPhone 4.0 (jailbroken) upgrade to 4.0.1 question
Should I let iTunes upgrade my iPhone 4 to 4.0.1 if I am jailbroken? If so, will I need to re-jailbreak?

Absolutely not. 4.0.1 has no benefit... gives you no additional features.. just makes the bars look bigger.
