Default Jailbroke my iPhone 4 now what?
I've been out the loop for a long time so what should I do now? Is the app store still available? What are the must haves? Thank you

I would also like to know this, I do not have my iphone 4 yet, as they were sold out. But, it should be in this week and I would like to know what I do after jailbreak.

If your asking this, then jailbreak probably isn't for you.

But, I suppose just have a browse through the cydia store, and I'm sure you'll soon find a use.

And yes appstore is still available in all its glory.

Use Cydia as a much more thorough App Store. If I had to recommend anything, I would definitely suggest the following:

MyWi: Allows tethering via usb AND wirelessly without the additional tethering charges normally required by the cellular providers

iRealSMS: The most extensive and customizable text messaging app around.

iFile: Allows you to browse, search, and edit the directories of your iPhone as well as create, edit, and delete files on it.

MakeItMine: Nothing special but it allows you to change the carrier display to whatever you'd like (ie AT&T in the top corner of my phone now says my name instead)

SBsettings: A quick settings control panel that is accessible no matter what you have opened. Allows for quick toggling of wifi, bluetooth, brightness, etc.
