RedSn0w 0.9.5 B5-5. Download an iPhone 3G iOS4 IPSW from the Internet (google it) and then download redsn0w. Run redsn0w and browse for the 4.0 IPSW you downloaded. After that wait as it will process, then click next, it'll process a little more. Then you will have the option to enable multitasking, wallpaper, battery percentage, custom boot/recovery logos and Verbose boot. Personally I love verbose boot, it looks cool with all the codes and stuff. I wouldn't recommend enabling wallpaper, it greatly decreases your iPhones speed and battery. Multitasking: Only enable it if you like listening to pandora radio. Other than that don't enable it. Battery percentage: you don't need it, but if you like it that's your choice. Verbose boot is when your iPhone turns on and instead of the apple, a whole bunch of codes come out telling you what the phone is doing, it's pretty cool. After you chose what you wanted click next. Connect your iPhone to the computer and turn it off. After it's completely off and plugged in, get ready to hit the power button on the iPhone and follow the steps before clicking next. Follow all the instructions. After that redsn0w will do all the rest for you. Leave it plugged in until it's completely done with everything and when your at the lock screen after it rebooted. Cheers. Google redsn0w 0.9.5 B5-5. And google "Where does iTunes store IPSW" to avoid downloading an IPSW, as it is already on your computer, you just need to find it. Cheers
