Default Re-Jailbreak, Cydia and JB Apps
Hi all. I'm running a 3G iPhone on 3.1.2. Currently jailbroken via Redsn0w.

If I upgrade to os4.0, all my JB apps will be wiped out. I know that Cydia keeps track of all packages and downloads, but since I will re jailbreak, and a new copy of Cydia will be installed, will there still be a record of everything I downloaded? Or, will I need to backup, or keep a record of everything Ive downloaded via Cydia?

You should of installed Rock. They keep a complete list of all your apps and after you re jailbreak no matter what version, it gives you a complete list and you choose: "Install All" and you're done I suppose Cydia does this, well actually it does. It doesn't matter if Cydia is update... It's a server and servers don't change, upgrade to iOS4. You'll get all your apps, no worries. Redsn0w B5-5 by the way
