Well, Disconnect from the machine, hold down the Power AND Home button
until getting the 'Apple Logo' then release and wait for it to boot, and
check what version does it have from
    Settings\General\About
Press Thanks! If Its Worth It!

First, you should find out an AT&T Sim card from a friend or something for 3 minutes! to get to the About Screen and know what version do you have. Anyway, in order to back to an older version, you should have had your blobs saved on Cydia Server, to check that, you can you TinyUmbrella from: The Firmware Umbrella
While connected your device to the machine, click on 'Advanced..' then choose 3.1.2 or 3.1.3 (try them both) and click on 'Save My SHSH'
If this process is done successfully, then, using Saurik server, you will be able to downgrade to an older version (the one you could save the SHSH for).
