plug your phone into your computer, if itunes opens close it

if windows machine, download this file:
    http://www.megaupload.com/?d=C9VI29DG

    unzip the file,

make sure itunes is not running, if it is exit
    open the exe file

on the bottom right there is a "Fix Recovery Mode Loop" button, click it
then click "No, I dont have LibUSB installed! please Tell me how to install it!"
    Click "windows XP"

install the Zip file after is has downloaded.

    then go back to iH8sn0w,
click "Fix Recovery Mode Loop" button
click "YES! i have LibUSB installed Lets Procees!"
    click "Iphone 3G{S}"

you phone should restart, if not, restart it yourself

    open itunes
now you should be able to restore your iphone through itunes, as long as you backed it up recently.

itunes should detect the phone and ask you to restore, click the restore buttom
    it should take 5-10 minutes

let me know if you still have an issue

Have you tried putting the phone into DFU mode, and doing a restore.

    If not some recomendations:

Blackra1n uses a set auto-boot true - Download it, and open and it and make it rain. It will make the screen black and you will need to hard reset the phone. Hold top and home key for 7 seconds. This will restart your iPhone with auto-boot true, and exit the loop

Use iNdependence, or iFuntastic to restart out of restore mode.

If that doesn't work ill have to get some more info.

Burnout, I did what you said and it worked! Thanks man, I was looking on ebay to replace it. ATT told me there was nothing they could do if my itunes wouldn't recognize my phone.
