    Default Winterboard Problem after Update
    Hi guys!

I got a 3G and updated Winterbaod this morning.
But when I load a new theme, my wallpaper is not changing.
It stays as the iPhone Original Wallpaper.
All the Apps icons changes except the background wallpaper!

Has this update got a bug?

Same problem for me too. Can't seem to get my own backgrounds through Winterboard. However, I designed my own theme using a simple theme designer here: CodeThemed Create iPhone and iPod touch WinterBoard themes easily.

And for when you mentioned the icons.. you can copy the icon images out from a theme you like... They are located at /var/stash/Themes.PpbBzh
Inside the Themes.PpbBzh folder there will another folder with your theme's complete contents: icons and all other images/fonts. If you are willing to take the time, you can upload each individual .png image file for each app.

For now, I'll just wait until an update for Winterboard is released.

Aaarrrgghhhh....I am having the same problem. My lockscreen background is fine...however the theme background is not changing at all. I hope they come up with a fix for this soon. Kinda getting annoying!

Guys, for those of you who is willing to take the risk, you can install the previous version of Winterboard through SSH.

Let me know anyone will be willing to do it, I will explain in more details.

    Uninstall Winterboard from phone.
Download the file below. Its the previous version of Winterboard.

    Follow this process:

    * Open WinSCP see and login to your iPod Touch/iPhone
    * Put your .deb application file in the tmp folder
    * In WinSCP hold Ctrl and press T, go forward with the warnings and type this command
    * dpkg -i /tmp/myapp.deb
    * Installation of the file will start
    * Now respring your iPod Touch/iPhone

    It should do the trick.

    Let me know.

Hey so I was doing some looking around and I found that I had downloaded a program from Cydia called Desktop/SMS Background. All I had to do was deselect the photos I had originally chosen for a background picture and the theme picture was corrected.

It didn't occur to me because I had selected these pictures a while ago and the theme background always seemed to overlay on top of those pictures allowing the theme background to be present. It seems that they have swapped position priority recently.

In other words...I figured it out and all is well.

    Thanks for the help!!
