Default iphone 3g using ios4 jailbreak terminal issue
When I try to launch the terminal it continues to crash and go back to the main iphone screen.

Is it not compatible with the ios4?

Any suggestions. I tried removing it and reinstalling it but still not luck to change my root password.

Does anyone know why terminal is crashing? I cannot change my root password without it can I?

I would assume so, I honestly don't have a use for Terminal so I haven't gotten a chance to test it yet, worst case scenario, uninstall it if it doesn't work.

I guess the main concern is changing the default root password that comes with Cydia.

Can people login into my iphone?

Yeah, it's a good idea to change it if you have OpenSSH installed. Just try getting the iOS 4 beta, my guess is it will work just fine.

Doesn't OpenSHH come with Cydia? I didn't go and install it separately..

It does. You can uninstall it if you wish by going to Manage>Packages, but I'd just change the password, it comes in handy every once in a while.
