Default Saved 3.1 SHSH but retrieved 3.1.3 SHSH ??
    Hi,

I own an unlocked iPhone 3.1 with unthetered jailbreak.
I saved SHSH on Cydia and, as I got stuck at boot after a "Reset Network settings", and tried all methods described in the forum without success, I'm not trying to restore firmware.
I've extracted ECID with USBVIEW and checked with Umbrella that my firmware version exists, and .... the one which is saved is a 3.1.3.shsh.
No other signed ECID are available.

How is this possible if I didn't have 3.1.3 installed ?
(I'm using a differnt carrier tham AT&T so I needed unlocked baseband).
Any idea how to get back to normal operations ?
    Thanks

apple is only signing 3.1.3 that's why that is the only one you could get...if you have a mac create a custom 3.1.2 Ipsw with pwnagetool (activated) or if not google and download one that is activated and shift restore to that in pc or option restore if mac

use ultrasn0w to unlock when done

    Thanks for your advice.
I don't have a MAC, but I found what I needed googling around.
One question: I only found 3.1.2 activated firmware, not 3.1
Amy special reason for that ?
I remember being on 3.1 and I did not need a tethered jailbreak.
My device shows SRTG:[iBoot-359.3], and I guess flashing 3.1.2 will update it to the new iboot, thus needing tethered.
    Am I wrong ?

    Thx

that is incorrect...your iBoot is hardware and can't be updated...download the file with chrome or firefox and shift+restore in iTunes then you an use ultrasn0w to unlock

    Thanks, this is clear now.
Done the restore, everything seems fine so far, trying to restore backup now.
Only thing to point out, I had to use Blacksn0w, as Ultrasn0w was leaving me on "searching" as far as mobile network is concerned.

Thanks Again, 5 stars for your support !!!
