Thread: iPhone cannot connect to wireless

Question iPhone cannot connect to wireless
My iPhone cannot connect to any wireless network. Even if it does, it does so for a very brief period of time and it quits. I bought it refurbished few months ago and jailbroke it, worked fine for the first few months. I tried resetting the network settings, it did not work. If I send it to Apple for service, irrespective of how much they charge me, would they make me buy the data plan from AT&T?

^No, Apple couldn't make you; that's AT&T's job. Have you tried a full restore and set up as a new phone?

Thank you for your reply. I did sure try that, but did not help.

I called Apple and they said it'd cost $199 for hardware support, since it is outside the warranty period! I cannot figure out what else I could do to solve this problem!

^Strange... Have you gone to an Apple store and had them examine it and see what they can do for you?
