I know this is going to sound weird, but put your cursor on the window and click and shake the window back and forth, up and down. I read this in a thread yesterday and much to my surprise it worked. If not, restore and J/B again. Good Luck.

What model iPhone do you have? If its not a 3GS please confirm you have done a FRESH restore to 3.0 before starting this process.

You didn't answer the last question but ok. Restore in iTunes to 3.0 again and then use redsn0w. What operating system is on your computer?
