Thread: Update to ultrasn0w available

    Default Update to ultrasn0w available
I've just noticed that Cydia is reporting an updated version (0.8) of ultraSnow is available, but I can't find any information on what's changed on the Dev-Team site.

Anyone brave enough to try it ?

Couple of posts on the Dev Team Blog suggest it now supports 3GS officially. There's no new post on the site though.

MuscleNerd commented on the Dev-Team Blog that the release addresses the wifi and carrier signal issues some users have been experiencing.

Looks like it's worth upgrading then

    - Edit -
Just tried the update with my T-Mobile UK SIM and it now seems to connect reliably at the first attempt rather than needing to go into Plane Mode first.

    Excellent.

Cool, I'm guessing if you've used purplera1n you'll need to revert to the original v3 firmware first, though ?
