Default What is the best way to downngrade to 1.1.3?
Hi, I upgrade a few months ago from 1.1.3 to 2.1 and I don't like it. So, I was thinking about going back to the original firmware 1.1.2 and do the whole procedure again ... downgrade to 1.1.1 then jailbrake, etc.... surely there must be a better and quicker way to achieve 1.1.3 unlocked iPhone.

    ideas are welcome

    Thanks in advance

^^^^ Ditto. How on earth is 1.1.3 better to 2?

For starters, 1.1.3 it's a lot faster, specially sms applications.

It's a question of what you like and what you don't really and I personally regret upgrading my phone, besides a landscape sms applications there is nothing, for me, that I would prefer in 2.1

I'm looking for an answer to my question. I have no interest in starting a debate what version of firmware is better.

Upgrade to 2.2.1. And then explore Cydia.

Do you honestly think any developers are still making stuff for 1.1.3?

Anyone want to buy my MacBook...?

I do use Cydia and I'm not interested in any new development - I was pretty happy with the applications I had in 1.1.3

Still looking for an easy way to downgrade to 1.1.3
