Question Phone Crashing after jailbreaking 2G & 3G iPhones
Is anyone else having a problem after jailbreaking either their 2G or 3G iPhone to 2.0.2?

Both of mine crash trying to open the phone (every time); it does not allow me to make outgoing calls through the regular phone method. Instead, I have to open just the Contacts. And even then, in order to hang up while in a call, I generally have to turn off the phone completely and turn it back on.

I had this issue on the 2G with 2.0, 2.0.1, and 2.0.2, and with the 3G version 2.0.2 after it's been jailbroken using both the Windows and Mac version of the programs.

Everything else works great on both phones.

    Any suggestions

I Jailbroke my 3g 2.0.2 through Windows (QuickPwn) and had no problems at all.

If you are stuck though, you can restore your phone (you probably already know this) through iTunes and then try again, perhaps with a different program.

you may want to try deleting some software that you added after you jailbreak the phone. This worked when it happened to me
