Default Downgrade from 1.1.3 to 1.0.2 then back to 1.1.1
I dont know what i was thinking updating to 1.1.3 from 1.1.1 but here are the steps i took to get it back.

Download 1.0.2 and 1.1.1 if you dont already have them.

Then i booted in to recovery mode alt click restore pick 1.1.1 in itunes.

it gave me error 1015 click ok.

alt click restore to 1.0.2 in itunes.

    error 1 message.

    unstuff the 1,1_1.0.2_1C28_Restore.ipsw.

    open iNdependence_v1-1.3.1

Click firmware button to enter DFU Mode choose the folder that you unstuffed the 1,1_1.0.2_1C28_Restore.ipsw to.

the iphone went into DFU Mode.

Back To iTunes alt click restore 1.1.1.

every thing went good untill it booted into a screen saying incorrect sim card
so this is how i fixed it.

Incorrect sim card screen means that the baseband is set to the 1.1.3 firmware (i forgot the numbers) So this by far is the best method i found.

set settings → General → Auto Lock → Never.

    Downloaded AppTappInstaller.

Installed AppTappInstaller onto iphone click the installer icon updater the installer to 3.0 then in the sources i added it will show up after you add the repository ( tap refresh.

Click Installer icon and install BSD SubSystem found in System

Now install "Baseband Downgrader" found in Unlocking Tools
category. This will restore the baseband to 04.01.13_G (its needed to for two things stop the error messages itunes give you and also to be able to use the phone).

This will take around 5 minutes.

When done, i was able to get 1.1.1 firmware reinstalled.

and now i can have all my stuff back and make calls again.

Now this worked for me but i have OTB 1.0.2 iPhone with AT&T account.
Any Questions let me know ill try to help.
