Default Does upgrading to a new firmware remove residual files..
When upgrading firmware from 1.1.1 to 1.1.2 or from 1.1.2 to 1.1.3 with a phone that has been jailbroken are all the residual files from any 3rd party apps removed after the upgrade? Or are they still on the phone in limbo?

I don't know for sure about all files but I have updated my phone to 1.1.3 with several restores. I can still double tap on my battery logo and it tells me the battery remaining. No clue how to get that to go away.

All the files remain, to my knowledge.
