    Default iPhone 1.1.2 week 43 won't downgrade to 1.1.1!!
    I have a OTB UK 8GB iPhone 1.1.2 week 43. Unactivated

Every time I try to downgrade to 1.1.1 so that i can jailbrake, i get the error 1015 (everything seems fine), but then when i check my iphone firmware it still says 04.02.13_G (1.1.2). So my iphone hasnt been downgraded!
Please HELP ME!!! and thanks in advance

also i use iBrickr to boot it out of recovery and i run windows with iTunes 7.5

your baseband is 04.02.13_G, this is normal because you can not downgrade your baseband with the new bootloader yet. Your firmware is at 1.1.1

when u downgrade, try to activate and check in settings not only the firmware, but also the software version....
    reply

because the firmware does not get downgraded so easily, it will stay the same, only the software will change... :P

u can leave it at 1.1.1, but of course u still cant unlock it...
but i think its better to upgrade to 1.1.2 because its faster....
