Default Help renaming "Slide to Unlock"
    Hi,
I'm on a Mac computer. I read these instructions on this forum:

    First, the file is SpringBoard.strings

    It is located in
    /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app/English.lproj

pull it down to your system and rename it to SpringBoard.plist

Edit it with Perf Setter (Should be located here, or Google it).

The string you are looking for is "AWAY_LOCK_LABEL"

Change it to whatever you like, and save. Then rename the file back to SpringBoard.strings, place it back on the phone and re-start the phone.
I know there are two ways of accessing files: through AFP with Bonjour or with Cyberduck. I'm having problems with both.

Cyberduck - I went to Bookmark > New Bookmark. Under Nickname, I called it iPhone. Under Protocol, I selected SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol). This made my Port 22. Under Server, I typed the iPhone's IP Address (which I share with my Mac). And under User Name, I wrote ROOT. It didn't ask me for a password. I tried to connect but was told:
    I/O Error: Connection Failed

AFP with Bonjour - Has worked very well for me so far; I can add Summerboard themes, etc. Anyway, to rename the Slide to Unlock, I go to System > Library > CoreServices and I see an image titled SpringBoard. When I double click on it, though, I get the message "You can't open the application 'Springboard' because it is not supported on this architecture."

    Screen cap:

    Can someone please help?

Edit: Wow, I'm such a dork. Apparently Customize has a tab that says Edit System Strings and I can do it from there.

How can I put my name on the top left-hand corner? Does anyone know what that's called?
