Thread: Current status of jailbreak on iPhone 2.0?

Default Current status of jailbreak on iPhone 2.0?
Well, we'll be seeing it roll out in July. Back in March we had an announcement that 2.0 was jailbroken (easily?), but since then I heard vague rumors that that method, whatever it was, didn't work anymore.

Can someone confirm/deny that jailbreak is possible on 2.0?

    basic answer, no.

the betas od 2.0 were jailbreakable but we have not had news of the latest release being jailbroken and for the official 2.0 we do not know for it has not become available in any way shape or form to test methods
Being an i can be a lot of pressure. you have to live right up to the small point.

If the latest beta was the 7th release, ZiPhone unlocks that, and Mac Pwnage 2.0 jailbreaks/unlocks the latest 2.0, so yes it is completely jailbroken and we should havethe newest releases of those programs shortly after the official release of 2.0 firmware...
