Only use this method if your iPhone used to be unlocked in 1.0.2 only!
Install firmware 1.1.1 and jailbreak it with appsnapp (http://www.jailbreakme.com)
Now install BSD subsystem from installer.
Add http://i.unlock.no/ as a source to installer.
Now run BB Downgrader from installer to downgrade the baseband.
Restore the iPhone with 1.1.1 and jailbreak it again as mentioned above.
Install BSD subsystem again. Add http://i.unlock.no/ as a source to installer.
Install "The virginizer (3.X) from installer.
After virginizing restore to 1.1.1, jailbreak it again as mentioned above.
Install BSD subsystem again from installer.
    Install anySIM 1.1 from installer.
Switch off the iPhone and insert your own SIM.
Switch the iPhone on again and enter your pin code (if any).
    Run anySIM 1.1.
Reboot the iPhone and you ready to make calls again!

To upgrade to 1.1.2 after this, have a look at my website http://*************** for the ultimate 1.1.2 upgrade guide with pictures!.
