Thread: Reasons to upgrade from jailbroken 1.1.1 to 1.1.2

Default Reasons to upgrade from jailbroken 1.1.1 to 1.1.2
I have seen reasons enumerated in other threads of general better performance but for those of you who have upgraded to 1.1.2, is there a real reason to do so. I am in the states and using Cingular so I don't have any international needs and my voicemail works fine. From what I can tell, I can expect a couple of my applications NOT to work in 1.1.2. I don't believe there are any applications that exclusively work in 1.1.2 either. So, can anybody give me a real reason to upgrade.

The only one I have is that it's real easy and why not. Does that sound right?

Yeah, that's pretty much it. Some people always want the latest software. Some folk say 1.1.2 runs slightly faster - the CPU has been bumped up from 400mhz to 412mhz, so the speed increase is barely noticeable anyway.

There's no real reason to upgrade, but there's also no real reason not to upgrade!
