"Occurs when trying to install an old firmware and Apple's server disallows the installation. The only solution is to have SHSH backup" Download and run Tiny Umbrella to get your blobs.

What SHSH blobs do you have?
    Type of iPhone ?

Verizon Iphone 4, 4.2.10 and I used RedSn0w to jailbreak [TETHERED] I don't know what 'blobs' mean.

If you wish to revert to standard and stock Apple without jailbreaking.

Download and run Tiny Umbrella (The Firmware Umbrella - TinyUmbrella)
    ... Advanced tab,
... Check 'UPDATE IPHONE 4 BASEBAND'
... Un-check 'set Hosts to Cydia on Exit'
    ... exit Tiny Umbrella

    Open iTines and select restore.
