Have you tried doing a soft reset by holding both the power button and home button for about 10-15 seconds until the screen goes blank??

Your best bet would be to restore back to the custom firmware you are on right now.

Try using RecBoot or Fix Recovery before you do the restore. This may or may not help kick you out of recovery.

Your only option is to make a custom firmware using sn0wbreeze (if using a pc) since you are on the 6.15 ipad baseband.

Depending on what firmware you are using, you'll have to grab one of the earlier versions of sn0wbreeze as the latest version is only for 4.3.3. Make sure that you pwned DFU your device before restoring the custom firmware otherwise it will error out in iTunes.
