^Unfortunately yes . I have seen 2-3 including yourself with iPad BB and this problem. Most upgraded to 4.3.3, but you're having the same issue on 4.2.1. Was hoping it was a 4.3.3 issue, but this kicks that idea in the pants.

    I'm out of ideas. Sorry.

Did they get it fixed tho? As my fone is recognising the sim do u think it could be a hardware issue? Also iTunes accepts my fone now also?

What we have now, is what we have to work with. The team is always busy, but no-one knows exactly what they're working on or when that something will be finished. Few choices are available.

It could be hardware, many have had success.

Last idea. I've experienced odd issues that magically disappeared after reloading the firmware 2 or 3 times.

Usually yes. Sometimes I'll skip the creation phase and just reload from the prior build. And sometimes I'll use Redsn0w (instead of Snowbreeze) to just enter pwnd-DFU mode before reloading.

If you can (have SHSH blobs) I would try it

Don't forget ... you still need to build a custom firmware......

Allow loading of old non-authorized iOS. Apple approves loading of only the current firmwares.

Yes. Not sure if the current Sn0wbreeze version works w/4.1, but if it doesn't an older version should.

Not exactly, SHSH blobs for 4.1 iOS version are required.

    If you're interested, I have a NEW idea .......

Download the latest redsn0w and execute.
Select stock 4.2.1 firmware, select ONLY the option to enter DFU mode.
Follow the countdown timer until you're in.

Then use iTunes to shift/select load the custom firmware created by Sn0wbreeze.
