Default can't tether wireless mywi 4.1
I can't tether wireless or USB with Mywi 4.8.3 or pdanet 1.24 "the new one" on a laptop windows 7 32bit, wireless does work because I het on the Internet at work and friends house (but not with my iPhone 4). I see that the icon on the top where the (3G) does not change to wifi but. it does broadcast a SSID but cant connect!!!!
    I restarted the phone
    I reinstall Mywi 4.8.3
I also rest network setting too!

All I did was install it, opened it and it said to reboot, and then turned it on. Had a blue top bar indicating that it was working. Your 3g icon will not turn into a wifi icon. I have no problems tethering my ipad.

    Here is how to fix:
    1. Reboot your device.
    2. Uninstall any tethering tweaks/apps
    3. Reset network settings
    4. Install MyWi
    5. Open MyWi, then reboot
    6. Open MyWi, and configue the settings (they are not technical )
    7. If MyWi askes you to reboot, or re-launch, do it.
    8. Open MyWi (if it wasent already rofl)
    9. Open your computer's WiFi menu, and select your iDevice from the list.
    10. You should now have a tethered iDevice!
