Default Multitasking on iPhone 4 on 4.1
Hi Just a quick question for all you experts out there

On the iPhone 4 when you close any applications it automaticlly goes into running in the back ground (i think) so when you double tap the home button you can choose from back ground running applications.

But i noticed when i run SBsetting and looked at processes it was low on memory, well i say low it was on about 220mb but when i closed all the back ground ruuning apps. i.e double tapped home button and then deleted them i went back to SBsettings it was back up to 320mb.

so to the question is there anyway of stopping everything running in the back ground, so there for freeing up Memory or am i just being stupid and it would be fine to let everything run in the back ground as the iP4 has loasds of memory ?

and this would not slow the phone doen in anyway

    Thanks

On an iPhone 4 it's not really an issue to just leave them running since it has so much RAM to start out with.
