    Default Cydia SHSH's showing wrong
    When I open Cydia it says I have SHSH'S on file for 4.0.1 - 4.0.2 - and 4.1

I have never had the phone above 4.0.1

Anyone know what the deal is or having the same issue?

You can save you SHSHs for a firmware, even if you are not currently running it on your device. I think I read recently that Cydia has begun saving SHSHs automatically. So, my guess is that Cydia has automatically backed up your SHSHs for those firmwares, and is now displaying that it has them on file. You can always use TinyUmbrella to verify that this is true.

I thought the SHSH'S were specific to each firmware...

    I could be wrong.

They are. However, you can request and store your SHSHs from Apple's server without actually installing the firmware on your device. The only requirement is that Apple must still be signing the desired firmware.
